Product Description
Our Condensate Pan Cleaner and Microbial Shield Kit is comprised of two distinct, yet equally remarkable, products:
STEP-1 is a multi-purpose, multi-surface, heavy-duty cleaner; germicidal, virucidal, bactericidal, fungicidal, and tuberculocidal disinfectant; and odor and allergen eliminator that quickly powers through stubborn grease, grime, dirt, and other messes and muck, as well as allergens, mold, mildew, biofilm, fungi and related odors. STEP-1 also effectively eliminates the bacteria, viruses and other harmful microorganisms that are commonly found in residential, commercial, institutional and industrial sites.
STEP-2 is a long-term, bacteriostatic, fungistatic and algaestatic surface protectant which, upon application, creates an invisible antimicrobial barrier on treated surfaces that inhibits the growth of microorganisms and helps prevent the growth and spread of bacteria. Unique, and uniquely effective STEP-2 keeps treated condensate pans mold, mildew, algae and bacteria free for up to 3 months, while also inhibiting microbiologically induced corrosion and odors.
Like all PermaSafe Antimicrobial HVAC Products, both STEP-1 and STEP-2 are EPA registered, and approved for safe use on practically every component of every residential, commercial, institutional and industrial HVAC System.
